We came into this call ready to shoot Roman with all these tactical questions, but he quickly turned it around to a higher-level view that we had slowly lost sight of. He helped us not with the tactics, but with the mindset to clearly define & achieve our goals before pushing us to develop the strategy and tactics around it. This one call, along with the homework he gave us, has brought a level clarity to what we need to do to achieve our goals that we haven't had in a while. He also gave us some very tangible advice on how to significantly improve our contribution margins within our current structure. 10/10 - Roman isn't only an incredibly smart, experienced and well-connected entrepreneur, he's also a very kind and wholesome dude, with a ruthless get-shit-done attitude.
