Over the past 4 years I've been an exec at Madison Reed leading their digital strategy and execution, taking the company from $20MM in revenue to well over $100MM in revenue. I've overseen growth, AOV squad, product management, engineering, and part of the brick and mortar denovo team. As the company has scaled I've been at the center solving growing pains as they've come up.
I joined Lively when it was in it's infancy, just a deck and a plastic prototype. It's mission was to help older adults remain living independently longer, via activity sensors placed throughout the home. With a great team we developed the hardware (Shenzhen) and the software (San Francisco) and took the product to market. The company was later acquired by GreatCall based out of San Diego.
Sephora was going through hyper growth and it was largely focused on it's mobile apps, of which I lead the product team. We developed the strategy around their positioning within their greater brand, and created a feature set to drive retention and engagement of high LTV clients.

We were looking at improving the way we track and attribute revenues from our digital marketing spend. Tyler was very insightful, he walked us through how they look at multichannel attribution and their approach to server side tracking. He was able to review our approach, suggest questions for our post purchase attribution survey, and other insights that allowed us to better leverage the data we were collecting and increase ad spend more efficiently.
