I led top-performing global analytics and product growth teams across leading tech companies (including Director-level roles at Meta and Intuit after serving in leadership roles at Expedia, eBay, and Pinterest) after management consulting at Bain & Company. My experience lies in using data to drive the most impactful business decisions and strategies. I motivated teams to excel through a people-oriented leadership approach - people thrive where they are challenged, supported, and given autonomy. I love working with smart, driven teams on ambiguous problems around a company's big, strategic questions. I also hold an ICF Associate Certified Coach credential and am a Hudson Certified Executive Coach.
