Natasha is a product leader and advisor, with 10+ years of product leadership experience at both scaling startups and large technology companies. Natasha advises & consults on product strategy, UX, hiring/org development, and user research for a number of startups, including Cana/The Production Board, LeadIQ, & Hawthorne Effect. Previously VP of Product at Eaze, Natasha was a pioneer in the cannabis space, navigating Eaze through a rapidly evolving regulatory landscape and de-stigmatizing cannabis through industry-defining UX. Natasha was Eaze’s first product hire and grew out stellar product & design organizations during the years that followed. Prior to Eaze, Natasha worked in Product Management at Amazon and was Head of Platform at Yelp. Natasha is currently working on several initiatives in the web3 space.
