In 2018, after my graduation, I moved to Tulum, Mexico where I started teaching meditation and personal improvement to an international audience, mainly from NYC and LA. After my time in Mexico, I continued traveling around the world to give workshops and coach clients.

In 2018 I graduated from university with a bachelor's degree in Digital Media Management. My main study focuses where marketing as well as mindfulness in the workplace.

Since the beginning of 2020, I started cooperations with startups to facilitate daily live meditations and personal improvement sessions to a bigger audience.

My session with Lorelle was so helpful. I've been really stressed out with the business and she helped me break through it. As we dug deeper into the emotions, I realized that the emotions that were triggered by an external event (a customer canceling) were really a reflection of an internal situation - a belief that I was a failure. After identifying that underlying belief, I was able to move past it. That's something that I was totally unaware of and was very impactful. I'll be booking regular sessions with Lorelle going forward!
