The breadth and diversity of my professional experience combined with my systems coaching approach makes me an unconventionally-shaped "peg" for the unconventionally-shaped problems companies are facing today and in the future. I bring a global perspective to the table and am valued by my clients and colleagues for the originality of my thinking, the clarity of my communication, and the versatility of my skillset. I have lived and worked in Shanghai, London, Tokyo, and now NYC where I'm based. My current clients are located across both the USA, Europe, and APAC. They range from individual leaders, management teams, to whole organisations ranging from 30 - 300ppl in non-profits and the creative, entertainment, and tech industries . I am currently available for consulting, coaching, and facilitation sessions in all markets subject to my schedule availability.
