She spent five years building the Glossier community from the ground up and has since helped numerous brands, organizations, and individuals build their own communities through her work at Geneva, an all-in-one group messaging app for communities of all shapes and sizes.

Community Lead at Glossier

Led the strategy and execution for all community engagement initiatives at Glossier. This includes the development of our Rep Program (community ambassador program), the cross-channel strategy for customer and content creator engagement in our marketing initiatives, as well as the strategy for product co-creation with our community.
