After a successful exit from MuteSix, I have gone off on my own as a strategic adviser to growing DTC agencies and brands alike. With agencies, I am advising leadership teams on improving client relations, retention, operations, and organic growth. With brands, I act as a fractional CMO with a focus on digital media, helping to scale with a focus on innovative best practices.
I have a large partnership network in the space and can assist with facilitating strategic introductions to boost growth. This includes an exclusive slack community with 150+ vetted marketing professionals that I have personally worked with, 12+ media agencies, 4 creative agencies, and preferred partners for CRO, SEO, and staffing/recruitment. I am also an active member across other prominent DTC and Founder communities in the space.
Built the Client Success department at MuteSix from one person to 32 total team members at our peak. Working directly for co-founders Steve Weiss and Dan Rutberg, I was a key contributor and team leader during the agency acquisition by Dentsu. The CS department oversaw client relations, reporting, project management, internal operations, and culture.
Jesse spent 4 years working at the legendary DTC shop, Guthy-Renker, primarily on Proactiv. Jesse's small team was responsible for the majority of the digital marketing budget, executing campaigns across YouTube, Native/Content, Facebook, and publisher partnerships with an annual ad budget of ~$20M.
