I am a Sales Director at Preply Business, where I spearheaded the B2B division in 2020. My role involves crafting and overseeing the global go-to-market strategies, sales processes, and team management. Preply Business now collaborates with over 1,000 global organizations—including partners like Mercedes Benz and McKinsey—achieving an ARR of over $30 million. I have over 14 years of sales experience and have worked at various companies, including CEB, now Gartner, in Washington, DC, USA. At CEB, I advised Sales Executives to build strong Sales teams and increase their revenue using the Challenger Sales approach. I am passionate about working and supporting global sales teams (mainly outbound) to deliver value to clients and stakeholders. Over 60% of the team I’ve managed has progressed their careers within the organization. Additionally, I enjoy creating forecasting models and sales strategies and improving sales processes and collateral to ensure relevance with the client. Additionally, I enjoy advising start-up founders on hiring, training, and scaling sales teams that achieve results. In addition to Preply, I serve as a Sales and Leadership advisor for several global start-ups that have 10xed their sales and valuations because of her support. I am passionate about working with co-founders to help them build a strong B2B go-to-market strategy, understand their ideal customer profile (ICP), and build solid sales processes and product offerings.
