Experience

Turning my lowest moment into my greatest joy

The journey for building Heights started from insomnia for 6 months, anxiety and depression. If I never had that experience, I wouldnt have gone in search to cure it and found the right mix of nutritional supplements and daily habits to turn my life around, and never would have started Heights - which is for sure my proudest achievement as we help so many people feel better every day.
