Danielle is astonishing. I could probably talk to her the whole day. We talked about a topic that I honestly did not plan to talk about because usually, I get feedback that is correct in theory, but not true when you test it. The difference with her? She is a good listener, understood my customers without knowing much about them, my reasoning for why I do XYZ AND she had ideas how to do what I do, but in a better way.
